GEOSEEK.EU TERMS OF USE

1. PARTIES

This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is entered into between the user (“User”) accessing and using the website GeoSeek.eu (“Platform”) and the following entity operating the platform:

GeoSeek.eu is a web-based service portal operated by SSMA (Seydikemer Su ve Maden Arama Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.), offering mobile hydrogeological subsurface water exploration services exclusively within European Union member states.


2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

GeoSeek.eu allows users to order a 1-day on-site resistivity-based groundwater exploration service conducted by licensed field geologists.

  • The service includes location analysis, field measurement, technical reporting, and all travel and accommodation expenses.

  • Upon successful payment, the user receives a tracking code to monitor their order.

  • SSMA provides only exploration and reporting services. Drilling, licensing, or bureaucratic steps are outside the scope, but unlimited technical assistance is offered.


3. TERMS OF USE

  • By using the Platform, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

  • The service is provided only within EU territory.

  • SSMA reserves the right to schedule services according to travel and logistics conditions.


4. ORDER AND DELIVERY

  • Orders are valid only after full prepayment.

  • Reports are delivered within 7 business days in PDF format.

  • Reports are issued in English, and additionally in the language used during the order process.

  • Field access is determined via the location pin or address shared by the user.


5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If the field team has not yet entered the target country, a partial refund will be issued after deducting travel planning expenses.

  • If the team has already entered the country, no refund is available.

  • If the service cannot be delivered due to technical or force majeure issues, a full refund will be issued.


6. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • The user is responsible for providing accurate location and contact information.

  • Users must inform SSMA about known field risks or restrictions.

  • Users may assist with on-site direction, but technical decisions rest solely with the GeoSeek team.


7. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

  • GeoSeek.eu does not request, store, or process any personal data.

  • Order tracking is managed through anonymous tracking codes.

  • If contact information is provided (email, phone), it is used only temporarily and never shared with third parties.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, visuals, and documentation on GeoSeek.eu are owned by SSMA.
No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without explicit permission.


9. FORCE MAJEURE

SSMA cannot be held liable for service delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, travel bans, war, or government restrictions.


10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Muğla (Seydikemer) courts.


11. MODIFICATIONS

SSMA reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
The most recent version will always be published on GeoSeek.eu and becomes effective immediately upon posting.


12. OTHER PROVISIONS

  • GeoSeek provides technical consultancy and measurement services only. No results or water guarantees are made.

  • Users may not resell the service for commercial purposes.


13. PAYMENT & SECURITY

  • All payments are processed via PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş..

  • Users are redirected to PayTR’s secure gateway during checkout.

  • GeoSeek.eu does not access or store any credit card or payment details.

  • PayTR secures all transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption.

  • In the event of a payment-related technical issue, PayTR’s customer support should be contacted directly.
